Ask string testing

Challenge- Non-profit client wanted to test their Ask String to determine the best one for maximizing Average gift.

Solution- Working with our copywriters, designers, and Production Team we developed an A/B Variable Ask String Array Test against the control appeal.

LDMI services used – Data segmentation, ask string strategy, copywriting, design, and analytics.

Outcome – The test package outperformed the control package by a substantial margin in terms of the average gift. In the test package, we saw an average gift of $67.99 versus $56.79 for the control package. This was more than a 19 percent increase in the average gift for this particular mailing.
