Account Coordinator

Day to Day:

Account Coordination: You will be accountable for assisting with the end-to-end production processes of direct mail campaigns for our non-profit direct mail clients. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with internal stakeholders and mail agency partners across creative production, operations, reporting & analytics, and project management teams to ensure the timely and accurate execution of print marketing campaigns

Campaign Coordination: Serve as internal and external coordinator for direct mail campaigns, liaising between team leads, vendors, and other business functions to facilitate all aspects of the production process from project initiation to final delivery

Project Planning: Collaborate with marketing team to understand campaign requirements, objectives, and timelines. As well as assisting in managing internal production schedules, tasks, and critical milestones to ensure deadlines are met

Artwork and Design Coordination: Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and internal teams to proof materials and make revisions before final printing

Reporting and Data Management: Work closely with internal reporting and business teams to ensure accurate cost and performance tracking. Ensure data integrity during the production and mailing process.

Documentation and Asset Management: Organize and document all materials, including creatives, tracking parameters, templates, and mail proofs

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiencies within the direct mail production workflow

Digital Marketing Intern

Are you looking to apply the digital marketing skills you’re learning in the classroom in a fast-paced professional setting? Lawrence Direct Marketing, Inc. (LDMI), a national, full-service direct marketing agency in Warrenton, Virginia, is seeking a paid Digital Marketing Intern to join our team for the Spring ‘24 and/or Summer ‘24 semester. This position could easily lead to full-time employment!

LDMI specializes in fundraising for our select group of religious, conservative, humanitarian, patriotic, political, and other nonprofit clients via integrated online and direct mail campaigns. The Digital Marketing Intern will immediately put his/her skills to work collaborating with our team on ways to increase online charitable giving for our clients.

The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable of the best practices and strategies of digital marketing and possess the skills to manage and implement: email blasts, email design, landing page design, USPS Informed Delivery campaign management, Google Retargeting, and social media ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Major plus if knowledgeable of A/B tests, measuring results, analyzing data, and applying learnings from past tests to future campaigns.

The majority of tasks for this position can be performed remotely, but the ideal candidate will be able to attend occasional in-person meetings at LDMI’s corporate office. The number of hours you are expected to work per week is flexible based on your class schedule, but the ideal candidate should anticipate working at least 10 hours per week.
